Austria, Vienna. Once again the OMNIBUS crew discovers a large formation of citizens who organize themselves and claim to initiate demands on direct democracy and to pass through their demands by the means of direct democracy. Austria can not be labeled as one of the driving forces in the international context of direct democracy, but nonetheless we do find movements of civil awareness that try to engage in new democratic forms in their country.
